Technology Assessment for Premium Advertising and Marketing Products Company

The challenge:

Our client had a custom web solution and order flow management system that no longer supported their order volume. They were looking for an assessment of their technology options for future state scalability and support in finishing a stable MVP of the 2.0 release.

Our approach:

After interviewing stakeholders and gathering requirements, the ImagineX team assessed their code and infrastructure for scalability, security, and maintainability. ImagineX implemented an Agile Scrum methodology to deliver the 2.0 project while providing stakeholders transparency and uncovering high-risk security vulnerabilities.

The result:

ImagineX uncovered why their 2.0 solution was blocked and proposed a solution resulting in a successful launch. We trained the client on Agile methodologies and processes and identified technical areas for improvement leveraging best practices. Further, we identified security vulnerabilities and remediated the issues.
